Methods for As, Cd, Hg and Pb determination in food-stuffs in inductively coupled plasma/mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) after pressure digestion. The method was validated in an inter-laboratory study by NMKL in 2006 and was published as NMKL method No.186 in 2007.
In addition, it is accepted as a standard method in the European Union (EU).
