Flavouring substances
Scientists at the EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) have completed a comprehensive safety review of 2.067 flavouring substances used in EU. The scientific panel found that 1.667 flavouring do not give rise to safety concerns.
A data base on the safety of flavouring will be available online.
