Microbiological Isolator Monitoring

Isolator is the new technology that is going to complete or replace some traditional Clean Room activity. In fact the isolator has the advantage to limit the contamination risk and reduce the operative cost. International pbi has introduced an innovative specific microbial air sampler for isolators: the “SAS Isolator”. The aspiration chamber is totally built in stainless steel, is suitable for sterilisation agents, is very compact and can be fixed in different critical positions of the isolator.

One of the most important factor is that the command unit is external to the isolator and the connection is just an electric cable: no valves, no input and output of air.

Several aspiration chambers of the “SAS Isolator” can be commanded by an unique external central unit.
