Mycotoxins in infant food
The European Committee for Standardization (CEN) has accepted the work of the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre (JRC) on establishing 2 analytical methods to measure mycotoxins in infant food.
EN 15850 for determination of zearalenone in maize is based on High Performance Liquid Chromatography with immune-affinity column cleanup and fluorescence detection.
EN 15851 for determination of Aflatoxin B1 is based on High Performance Liquid Chromatography.
